At Ten Thousand Pots, we utilize a reliable shipping network to save you money. For orders up to 60 pounds, we use UPS ground shipping. For heavier orders, we use freight carriers and pack your items on pallets. We use top-quality, custom packaging to ensure your order arrives safely, with a breakage rate of less than 1%. If your ceramics arrive damaged, please send a photo of the damage to austin@tenthousandpots.comfor a refund or exchange.
Our satisfaction guarantee allows you to return any non-clearance items within 30 days of purchase. If your fountain, garden accent, ceramic, planter, pot, or other product does not meet your expectations and is not damaged, contact our store, and we will be happy to help you with a refund or replacement within 7 days of receiving the return.

At Ten Thousand Pots, we want you to have the best pot-purchasing experience possible. As a result, there are no middlemen, and we interact with both resale and wholesale customers daily. We are open SEVEN DAYS A WEEK from 9 AM to 6 PM. If you call during business hours, M-F, an actual person will pick up the phone. 2. Why does the pot I ordered look different in-person?
All our products are one-of-a-kind and handmade, meaning no two pieces are exactly alike. We've selected an image that best represents each product type for our website inventory. When you purchase this item, our team will hand-select your unique item from our inventory. There may be slight variations in color, finish, glaze, size, etc. If you have a specific request or want a photo of what we've pulled before shipment, our team will happily ensure your order exceeds expectations.
3. Can I order online?
We offer our complete catalog in our online store with both pickup and delivery options. Our available website inventory is the same as our cataloged yard inventory, but we are shipping, unloading, and updating our inventory daily. Occasionally there are minor discrepancies, but what you see available on our website is what we have to sell you in-store.
