Product Care

To extend durability in freezing climates, place 2 to 3 inches of lava rock at the base of the planter with an empty plastic jug.

Unfortunately, due to the weight and delicacy of our products, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If the product returns damaged, we cannot issue a refund. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, we will issue a 100% refund or replacement.

Only complaint was the guy on the purple bike. Didn't get his name. He was so pushy. He would bring us water, offer to carry the pots to the car, and help package and load things.

Seriously, excellent selection and service. If you live in North Austin, pack a lunch but, well worth the drive. Again, I would have given six stars if they were in Cedar Park.
