Why does the pot I ordered look different in-person?

All our products are one-of-a-kind and handmade, meaning no two pieces are exactly alike. We've selected an image that best represents each product type for our website inventory. When you purchase this item, our team will hand-select your unique item from our inventory. There may be slight variations in color, finish, glaze, size, etc. If you have a specific request or want a photo of what we've pulled before shipment, our team will happily ensure your order exceeds expectations.

Can I order online?

We offer our complete catalog in our online store with both pickup and delivery options. Our available website inventory is the same as our cataloged yard inventory, but we are shipping, unloading, and updating our inventory daily. Occasionally there are minor discrepancies, but what you see available on our website is what we have to sell you in-store.

Do you deliver?

We offer white-glove delivery throughout Central Texas. Our initial fee is $40 for the truck rental and $3 per mile. Our team members will expertly unload, unpack, and place your larger pots for you, and our specialists can install your custom fountains. In the case that a second person is needed to load and unload your order safely, a $20 fee will be applied.

Freight shipping options are available for deliveries outside the state and for all online orders.

Do you ship?

At Ten Thousand Pots, we use a robust shipping network to pass the savings on to you. For orders up to 60 pounds, we use UPS ground shipping. For orders 61 pounds or over, we use a network of freight carriers and pack your order on pallets. We use top-of-the-line, custom-packaging products to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. Our breakage rate is less than 1%, so you can be confident that your order will get to you safely and securely. However, if your ceramics arrived damaged in any way, send a photo of the damage to austin@tenthousandpots.com, and we will refund or exchange the item.
